If you’re looking for real, visible skin transformation - not just a surface glow - microneedling is one of the most effective ways to achieve it.
Also known as collagen induction therapy, this advanced treatment works by stimulating your skins natural healing response - encouraging it to rebuild, repair, and renew itself from within.
The result? Smoother, firmer, clearer, and even looking skin over time

Microneedling uses a derma pen, and a small sterile needle cartridge to penetrate the dermis and cause micro trauma - this will then stimulate fibroblasts to produce new collagen and elastin formation, which will present itself overtime as the skin cells renew. A C02 mask can be applied prior to treatment to enhance the procedure and a power serum, specific to your skin type, is introduced into the dermis during the needling. A collagen or polynucleotide mask is applied afterwards to help soothe and regenerate, followed by toner, serum, moisturiser and SPF.
LED light therapy is an excellent add on to this treatment, aiding in regeneration of skin cells and wound healing.
Microneedling should never be a painful experience but may feel a little prickly on the thinner skin areas such as forehead and around the eyes. The needle size will vary according to the skin concern, but will always remain short so it is activating at the correct dermal level, avoiding overstimulating the basal cells. I will be guided by you during the treatment to ensure your comfort
Skin cell renewal can be around 28 days (increasing as we get older) so I advise a monthly treatment for four months, followed by a rest period, before resuming the microneedling plan. During the rest periods, treatments such as chemical peels or LED may be done to help strengthen the skin barrier.
Microneedling is not only great for skin correction, but is also a preferred maintenance treatment for regeneration.
A list of contraindications to this treatment will be discussed with your practitioner prior to appointment. These will also be discussed during consultation along with a medical questionnaire.
